Tart, somewhat dried-vegetable to floral aroma of red and black berries with fleshy, tobacco and also a little mushroomy notes as well as a hint of pepper. Taut, tangy fruit with smoky nuances, noticeable yeast, nutty tones, tobacco and again also pepper, good persistence and substance, grippy, ripe tannin, salt in the background, relatively complex, certain depth, has some demand, but at the same time something refreshing, very good, firm finish with traction, juice, tension and fine spice.
