Slightly cloudy straw to ochre yellow. Nutty, yeasty and somewhat yellow-spicy aroma of ripe yellow fruits with vegetable and floral nuances. Firm, juicy, very dry fruit, yeasty, somewhat vegetable and floral notes, a little yellow spice, very fine acidity and handle of crumbly tannin, good substance, despite the low alcohol, certain depth, salty minerality, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish.
