Very cloudy yellow to ochre. Somewhat muted, clearly yeasty and vegetal nose with citrus aromas, some apple and floral tones. Slender and tart in the mouth, again clearly yeasty and vegetable, nutty notes, slightly floral on the palate, earthy in the background, very slightly rough, quite fine perlage, a little dry in the finish.
