Vegetal and light floral notes on the nose, delicate hint of bacon, yeasty notes, restrained, fairly light yellow fruit, herbaceous traces. Firm, ripe, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide grip, delicate hint of bacon in the background, good substance and persistence, remains fairlycool in spite of the high level of alcohol, hint of almonds, some depth, smoky traces, very good, firm finish.
