Prominent bacon on the nose, light nutty notes, dried vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, floral traces. Ripe, fairly restrained, bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty, earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon, touch of yellow spice in the background, ripe tannins provide grip, slightly creamy, fairly good substance and persistence, more prominent mineral notes and a hint of bacon on a good to very good tart finish.

Editor note: Tart nose, vegetal and earthy notes, animal traces, yeasty traces, peppery spice, restrained yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, yellow spice, dried floral aromas, elegant, lively acidity, sandy tannins, more peppery traces, some lychee and waxy traces, hint of honey, salty notes in the background, slightly rough on a good finish.
