Firm, fairly tart nose, light nutty and earthy notes, black and red berries and some sour cherries, hint of juniper, traces of dried herbs and mineral notes. Cool, light-bodied, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, more earthy and nutty notes, hint of tobacco, ashes and some old oak, floral traces, good persistence and some depth, still young, has substance in spite of the low level of alcohol, expressive, fairlxy prominent very fine tannins, hint of mushrooms, fresh herbs in the background, light salty notes, very good clear, tart finish.
