Translate to English Deutlich gereifter, oxidativer Duft nach eingemachten roten und schwarzen Beeren mit getrocknet-kräuterigen Aromen. Schmelzige, einen Hauch süßliche Frucht im Mund, feiner Säurebiss und überwiegend mürbes, ganz leicht sandiges Tannin, Kraft und Schmelz am Gaumen, aber auch wieder oxidative Töne, etwas Kandierte Zitrusfrüchte im Hintergrund, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, zedrige Nuancen im Hintergrund, bricht an der Luft leider schnell ein, wieder leicht süßlicher und auch alkoholstarker Abgang. Keinesfalls mehr dekantieren!
