Firm, rather cool, quite deep, tart yellow-fruity scent with nutty, yeasty aromas, dried flowers, some herbs, mushrooms and mineral tones. Densely woven, ripe, juicy, slightly sweet fruit, candy notes, nutty aromas and again some mushrooms, dense and persistent, fine mousseux, grippy and at the same time creamy on the palate, persistent, good depth, a hint of wine gum, has power, buttery nuances in the background, certain minerality, very good, sweetish-juicy, rather concentrated finish
