Cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, very light nutty traces, restrained yellow fruit aromas, hint of bacon. Light, sweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, yeasty and light nutty notes, integrated acidity, light tannic touch, mineral notes in the background, some sugar candy and a hint of caramel, slightly muted on a fairly sweet finish.
