Editor note: Cool nose, light vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit aromas, mineral notes. Fairly juicy, sweet fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, moderate tannic frip, slightly tart earthy notes, slightly muted on a good to very good finish.

The growing region is located in the state of Hesse in Germany. The vineyards cover 3,211 hectares of vineyards starting at the Untermain east of Wiesbaden and extending about 50 kilometers along the right bank of the Rhine to Lorch north of Rüdesheim. The wine route "Rheingauer Riesling-Route" runs along the right bank from Lorch to Hochheim.
