Lightly cloudy, rather bright yellow. Subdued, slightly nutty-yeasty aroma with initially core fruit-focused yellow fruity notes, then increasingly also lemon, a bit of lemon peel, almonds, and a hint of root vegetables and herbs. Bitter, finely juicy, relatively bright fruit with distinctly yeasty and nutty aromas, lightly herbal to herbal nuances, a trace of butter and floral hints, very fine acidity, light grip, lasting on the palate, quite firm, bright, completely dry fruit with herbal and yeasty notes, very fine acidity, nutty and very subtly buttery hints in the background, chalk and salt, some depth, still rather undeveloped, very good finish with bitter juice and fine spice.
