Very slightly cloudy straw to gold yellow. Firm and quite deep, nutty and a hint of smoky aroma with quite noble citrus and stone fruit notes, fine vegetable-plant to herbal hints, bright floral tones, a bit of tobacco and minerality. Firmly structured, herbaceous juicy fruit with dried-plant, floral and distinctly nutty aromas, lively, fine acidity, mellow tannins, light shell tones, smoke and bright wood on the palate, persistent, good depth, chalky and also salty minerality, a touch of butter, quite complex, very good to long, dense, yet cool finish with fine juice and partly ethereal spice.
