2019 trocken "In Signo Tauri", Burgenland, Austria

Clear, polished scent of red and a little black berries with cherry aromas, floral nuances and a little roasting as well as a hint of pepper. Firmly woven, tangy, youthful fruit, nutty wood spice, some tobacco and again peppery-ethereal spice, smoky nuances, also salt in the background, some acid bite, present, fine-sandy tannins, very good, firm, tart finish.
