Clear, firm, youthful aroma of mixed more black than red berries with a hint of cherries, tobacco traces, moderate toasty wood aromas and a hint of red cabbage. Powerful and juicy in the mouth, very ripe fruit, again toasty aromas, also chocolate, coffee grounds and a little ethereal spice, present, youthful, ripe tannin, slightly drying, persistent and somewhat warm on the palate, again some red cabbage in the background, very good, only slightly drying and woody finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2032+. What our ratings mean
