Tart, fairly cool nose, light vegetal, herbaceous, earthy and mineral notes, red and black berries, hint of juniper. Ripe, fairly firm tart fruit on the palate, hint of bacon and meaty notes, peppery traces, light, slightly sooty, nutty oak, some more juniper, earthy and mineral notes in the background, slightly astringent tannins, good to very good, tart, smoky, slightly astringent finish.
