Clear, well-polished, austere scent predominantly of black berries with restrained roasted wood notes, a hint of blood, tomato paste, and meat, smoky nuances, and red pepper. Ripe, juicy, quite dense dark fruit, moderate, slightly nutty, smoky, and restrained roasted barrel notes, youthful yet supple tannins, lingering on the palate, slightly herbal, with some pepper, juniper in the background, also mineral nuances, has a certain freshness and bite, some depth, very good, quite firm finish with clear, rather cool juice and fine, partly ethereal spice.
