2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Lagrein Rosé, Alto Adige, Italy

Floral, still a trace yeasty and reminiscent of protein nose of red and a little black tones with a touch of tobacco and bacon. Tart fruit, partly bright, hinted at but also black berry again, fine acidity and crumbly tannin, good persistence, smoky and bacon nuances, mineral hints, has grip, spicy and herbal nuances, a touch of chili heat, good to very good finish
