Nutty, somewhat smoky-woody, delicately herbal-vegetable and hints of floral scent of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of butter and aniseed. Powerful and tart in the mouth, ripe fruit with light wood, smoky hints, salt and anise, some crumbly tannin, lasting and substantial on the palate, lots of power, noticeable but integrated alcohol, some depth, very good, quite firm finish with ripe fruit, wood, salt and alcohol warmth, but at the same time also cooling elements.

Editor note: Firm, somewhat smoky and lightly woody citrus pome fruit scent with herbal, nutty, mushroomy and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, concentrated fruit, smoky wood spice, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, nutty and somewhat mushroomy, quite distinct minerality, some depth, noticeable but integrated alcohol, has bite for all its power, very good, firm finish.
