Relatively tart, somewhat warm, clearly vegetal nose with light yellow fruity aromas, some dill, floral traces and some minerality. Ripe, tart, melted and warm fruit, clearly vegetable spice, a little floral in the background, nutty and earthy to mineral tones, persistent on the palate, lots of power, moderate wood notes, some touch of ripe tannin, noticeable but integrated alcohol, good persistence, very good, firm finish

Editor note: Light ethereal and herbaceous notes on the nose, citrus as well as green and yellow fruit aromas, some exotic fruit, touch of elderflower, mineral traces. Firmly structured, ripe, slightly warm fruit on the palate, nutty and light yeasty aromas, herbaceous, ethereal and floral notes, very elegant acidity, persistent and quite concentrated, full body, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of juniper and more traces of elderflower, some depth, retains some cool notes in spite of its full body, very good ethereal finish.
