Tart, rather firm, slightly juniper and dried herbal aroma of black and a little red berries with toasty notes. Tart, rather dark fruit, fine sandy tannin, smoky and toasty aromas, a little ethereal on the palate, hints of juniper, a touch of dried tomatoes and black olives, some bite, has a certain freshness for all its power, salt in the background, hints of chocolate, lasting, some depth, very good, tangy and finely spicy finish.
