2016 Ried Ludmaisch Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Slightly muted nose, prominent vegetal notes, bell peppers and green fruit, some elderberry and earthy notes. More green vegetal and herbaceous notes on the palate, tart, slightly exotic fruit, fairly lively acidity, slightly sandy and astringent tannins, fairly full-bodied, noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, more noticeable green bell peppers, slightly sharp, earthy and salty mineral notes, slightly creamy on a good to very good finish.
