Translate to English Noch unruhige und eine Spur reduktive, betont vegetabile Nase mit grünfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Zitrusfrüchten und Kernobst sowie ein wenig Brokkoli und Spargel. Gewisser Schmelz im Mund, reife Frucht, vegetabile und zart nussig-hefige Aromen, leicht gedeckt am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Wärme, feine Säure, erdige bis mineralische Anklänge, gute Substanz und etwas Tiefe, auch im sehr guten Abgang noch ein wenig gedeckt. Gewinnt mit Luft erheblich.
