Prominent notes of mountain herbs on the nose, quinces and stone fruit, delicate hint of bacon and tobacco, pecan nuts and almonds, vegetal and earthy notes. Firm, fairly cool, tart fruit on the palate, light smoky, nutty oak, lively acidity, floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, persistent, fairly grippy, some pistachio on the palate, smoky traces and prominent mineral notes, tannins still very slightly astringent, hint of raisins in the background, some tobacco and sugar candy, still young, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, partly dried citrus fruit on a very good firm, juicy finish.
