Translate to English Herber, vegetabiler und leicht hefiger, auch eine Spur grün-pfeffriger Duft mit verhaltenen Kernobstnoten und erdiger Mineralik. Klar, geschliffen und herb im Mund, betont vegetabile Frucht mit erdigen und hefigen Noten, leicht speckig und altholzig, lebendige, feine Säure, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik im Hintergrund, kräuterige Nuancen, viel Biss, bleibt trotz seiner Kraft kühl, sehr guter, herber, pflanzlicher und feinsaftiger Abgang.
