Firm, somewhat leathery and dried-meaty, also wood-spicy aroma of ripe predominantly black berries with slightly nutty and bready tones, tobacco, meat juice and pepper. Tart, juicy fruit with toasty wood spice, tobacco, bread crust and spices, some malt and dried planty notes, slightly reminiscent of coriander, crumbly, sandy tannin, a little liquorice, has power and warmth, coffee grounds in the background, salty hints, very good, firm, warm, again somewhat malty finish with very ripe juice, some soot and bread spices.
