Firm and quite deep, clearly yeasty bouquet with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruity aromas, a little smoke, mushrooms and floral traces. Ripe, juicy, a touch sweetish fruit with nutty and mushroomy flavours, a little candy, hints of yellow spice and a touch of butter, very fine mousseux and some grip, persistent, good depth, smoky hints, some bacon quite complex, very good, juicy and spicy finish with grip and chalky-salty notes.
