2005 Gran Reserva Brut Nature III Lustros, D.O. Cava, Spain

Polished, but also fairly complex nose, apple and citrus fruit, prominent yeasty and light nutty notes, herbaceous notes, some undergrowth and oxidative traces. Fairly juicy, clear, yeasty fruit on the palate, nutty and vegetal notes, delicate hint of undergrowth, fine mousse, delicately creamy, persistent and firm, has good grip and some depth, quite complex, very good long finish.
