2019 Extra Brut "Pinot" rosé", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty, yeasty and somewhat mushroomy aroma with pome fruit notes, hints of dark berries and some white bread. Tart, clear, restrained fruit, nutty and yeasty tones, again also typical mushroom aromas, medium-fine perlage and moderate grip, good persistence, quite fine spiciness, harmonious, very delicately buttery, very good finish. Very carefully made.
