Slightly developed, nutty and yeasty bouquet with pome fruit notes, a hint of nut butter, vegetal nuances, a little mushroom and white bread crust. Quite tightly knit, perfectly dry fruit with clearly yeasty and nutty aromas, some mushroom and vegetal tones, very fine mousseux, some grip, persistent on the palate, smoky and hints of peppery nuances, i8m background chalk and salt, very good, tart, firm finish.
