2021 Schloss Castell Silvaner VDP.Gutswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Rather tart, somewhat planty and still a hint of nutty yeasty nose with restrained yellow fruity notes. Bright, delicate, not completely dry fruit with light citrus notes, hints of nutty yeast on the palate, planty nuances, very fine acidity, some persistence, good finish with chalky mineral hints.
