2019 Silvaner trocken "mittwoch 6. Apriles anno 1659", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm and quite deep, somewhat vegetal to herbal, tobacco and hints of nutty, very slightly warm aroma with calm yellow fruity aromas and light mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, again slightly warm fruit, a little smoky, nutty and tobacco wood, very fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, has power, minerality in the background, a hint of pepper and butter, very good, firm, warm, spicy and juicy finish.
