Translate to English Recht fester, deutlich vegetabiler Duft mit verhaltenen, hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Wurzelgemüse, etwas Kräutern und Mineralik. Reife, feste, saftige Frucht mit pflanzlicher und leicht nussiger Würze, einen Hauch floral und pfeffrig am Gaumen, recht deutliche Sellerienoten, lebendige Säure und Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, gute Tiefe, hat Griff, deutliche Mineralik, im Hintergrund auch herbe nussige Aromen, sehr guter Abgang mit gewissem Säurezug und noch ganz leicht trocknendem Gerbstoff.

Editor note: Translate to English Etwas vegetabiler und leicht angetrocknet-floraler und dunkelbeeriger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie erdigen, kreidigen und nussigen Spuren. Fest gewirkte, klare, reife Frucht, etwas gelbe Würze, vegetabile, zart nussige, florale und erdig-mineralische Noten, sehr feine Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, eine Spur trocknend, tabakige Nuancen, ganz leicht ölig im Kern, hat auch gewisse Frische, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger Abgang mit kühler Mineralik. In hervorragender Verfassung, viel besser als die erste Probe erwarten ließ.
