Hefty and fine-vegetable scent with very bright core fruit-focused yellow fruit aromas as well as nutty, subtly floral, and delicately smoky tones. Slim, bitter, again bright fruit, distinctly plant-like and also yeasty aromas, slightly nutty on the palate, earthy tones and a hint of wax, quite fine mousse, a hint of citrus peel in the background, certain acidity bite, buttery hints, a little earthy in the background, restrained tannin, pronounced, chalky-salty minerality, very good, bitter finish, again with bite.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
