2019 Schloss Johannisberg Riesling VDP.Gutswein trocken "Bronzelack", Rheingau, Germany

Firm, rather cool, clearly herbaceous-vegetable and a hint of peppery fragrance with light yellow-fruity aromas, hinted dark berries and clear minerality. Not quite dry, quite dense, juicy fruit, very fine, lively acidity, herbaceous, peppery and delicate red-berry aromas, intense minerality, touch of ripe tannin, quite complex, very good, tight, juicy, mineral somewhat yeasty and herbaceous finish, again with red-berry nuances
