2018 Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Kabinett VDP.Grosse Lage, Rotlack, Rheingau, Germany

Fairly shy nose, light vegetal and mineral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces. Light-bodied, cool, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, yeasty traces, earthy and mineral notes in the background, still very slightly muted, good substance and persistence, fairly firm structure, prominent mineral notes and partly candied fruit on a good to very good finish.
