Clearly vegetal nose, slightly reminiscent of broccoli with yellow and white fruity notes. Restrained, tart fruit, again clearly vegetal aromas, fine acidity and delicate grip, floral sours on the palate, still yeasty nuances, chalk and salt in the background, good persistence, good to very good, tart, relatively firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2025. What our ratings mean
