Tart, delicately yeasty and implied smoky, fine-vegetable aroma with bright yellow-fruity aromas and floral traces. Clear, fine, dry fruit, planty to slightly herbal, yeasty and hints of floral notes, fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, delicately ethereal nuances on the palate, mineral in the background, hints of spice, very good finish.
