Firm, somewhat nutty, herbal to mushroomy and fine-vegetable scent of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of butter and bacon. Polished, firm fruit with delicate melting, hints of red berries and butter again, fine acidity, has grip and good persistence, a hint of marzipan and radish, light barrel wood tones in the background, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with bite.
