The region (ital. Campania) with the capital Naples is located in the southwest of Italy along the Tyrrhenian coast near the "boot instep". More to the south are only the regions of Puglia to the east, as well as Calabria and Sicily. The high-classification took place in 2003 and covers the municipalities of Altavilla Irpina, Chiance, Montefusco, Petruro Irpino, Prata di Principato Ultra, Santa Paolina, Torrioni and Tufo in the province of Avellino.
