2021 Lemberger feinherb "Edition S", Württemberg, Germany

Cool scent predominantly of black berries with cherry aromas, dried-plant and floral nuances, as well as restrained woody notes. Also cool in the mouth, slender fruit with plant notes, a certain acidity bite, delicate sweetness, but also bitter earthy and slightly woody tones, a hint of salt, still very slightly drying, rather fine sandy tannin, quite good finish with sweet-bitter juice and a hint of smoke.
