Dried vegetable, slightly fleshy and perfumed, spicy scent of preserved black berries and cherries with a little pungent alcohol and ethereal notes. In the mouth, mainly due to the present ethereal notes, despite the very high alcohol content, also appears a little cool, black and a little red fruit, spicy and again somewhat perfumed on the palate, has quite bite, fine sandy, crumbly tannins, good persistence, earthy and salty tones, slightly chalky-sandy texture, very good, juicy, old-wood and again alcoholic finish
