2017 Toscana IGT "Do ut des", Tuscany, Italy

Firm aroma of ripe black and a little red berries with tobacco spice, moderate woody tones, a little dried Mediterranean herbs and juniper. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm, tart-spicy dark fruit, some coffee and roasted nuts, juniper ethereal notes on the palate, chalk, smoke and salt in the background, good depth, grip of ripe, fine sandy tannin, fleshy traces, persistent, quite complex, very good, firm, tart and spicy finish with mineral tones and a little Mediterranean herbs.
