Very tart, deep, somewhat developed, tobacco and blackberry nose with aromas of dried and grilled peppers and jalapenios, soup herbs and dried eggplant with earthy notes and a hint of coffee grounds. Dense and juicy in the mouth, tight, ripe, yet amazingly fresh dark fruit with some coffee and nougat, cigar box and a little cedar, fine sandy, lively tannin and animating acid bite, persistent on the palate, good depth, some minerality in the background, dry herbs and fine spicy nuances, quite complex, still immensely vital, very good to long, juicy, chocolaty and spicy finish
