2018 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Höllriegl Gelber Muskateller trocken "Am alten Pfarrweingarten", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, fairly deep nose, nutty andyeasty notes, light dried vegetal notes, touch of yellow spice, restrained yellow fruit aromas, prominent mushroom notes. Cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, tart and gripping, firm, very fine, mouthwatering tannins, very elegant acidity, yeasty aromas, herbaceous and light floral notes, persistent, complex, some depth, spicy traces, unobtrusive but slightly exotic yellow spice, peppery traces, still young, has its own distinct character, very good, complex, elegant finish.
