2018 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Don't Cry", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Quite firm, concentrated and deep, yellow-spicy, floral and a little ethereal-herbal aroma of ripe yellow fruits and a little green berries, hints of smoke and wood as well as mineral nuances. Ripe, melting, warm, juicy and very spicy fruit, yellow-spicy, ethereal, nutty and light woody aromas, a little caramel on the palate, very fine acidity, persistent and dense, plenty of power, clear minerality, multi-layered, still young, tightens up again with air, very good, grippy, juicy and spicy finish with wood nuances, tart herbs and warming alcohol
