2016 Süd-Steiermark Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart, clearly herbal aroma with restrained yellow and green fruit aromas as well as some pepper and earthy-mineral nuances. Quite juicy, ripe fruit with some vegetal, nutty and peppery spice, fine, quite lively acidity, yeasty nuances, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, good substance and some melting, mineral hints, good to very good finish
