Translate to English Deutlich kräuterig-pflanzlicher, auch leicht pfeffriger Duft mit herben grün- und gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Holunderblüte und erdiger Mineralik. Herb-saftige, recht fest gewirkte Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, Kräutern und Holunder, leicht floral am Gaumen, einen Hauch speckig, hat Griff und feinen Säurebiss, aber auch gewisse Kraft und Wärme, nachhaltig, im Hintergrund mineralisch, sehr guter Abgang.
