2015 Süd-Steiermark Grauburgunder trocken Tosca, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, concentrated and deep, vegetal, nutty and somewhat spicy-woody aroma of ripe pome fruit with light tobacco aromas, honeydew melon, some peat and a hint of bacon. Warm, ripe, partly candied fruit, clearly nutty, also vegetal and a little earthy, very fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, slightly noticeable alcohol, still a little covered, firm construction, salty-mineral tones in the background, very good, only slightly drying finish, again with bacon notes
