2013 Süd-Steiermark Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tight, grassy-herbal pome fruit scent with citrus aromas, yeasty and delicately nutty-woody aromas as well as slightly earthy and also a hint of peppery tones. Melting and again slightly woody-spicy in the mouth, ripe yellow fruit with vegetable spice, some cooling minerality and again also pepper in the background, good persistence, very fine acidity, nutty tones, has grinding, very harmonious, still young but already accessible, very good finish with fine spice and some warmth, but also a lot of draught
