2012 Süd-Steiermark Grauburgunder trocken Tosca, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Somewhat nutty, slightly woody-spicy and delicately vegetal scent of ripe pome fruit and a little yellow melon with a hint of citrus fruit, light tobacco aromas and earthy minerality in the background. Ripe, juicy and melted fruit, integrated nutty and tobacco wood spice, very fine, lively acidity, dense, deep and persistent on the palate, a hint of smoky, in the background a hint of dried fruit, quite clear minerality, very firm structure, compact, powerful but not heavy, multi-layered, still young, very good to long finish.
